About Cherry von Dagger
So you probably want to know more about the girl with the devilish eyes and the big ego, so here goes...
I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, 21 years ago. I was one of 4 kids and the only one with brown hair, brown eyes and a yellow undertone to my skin. I'm of Dutch/British origin and speak both English and Afrikaans fluently.
Growing up I didn't do sports and wasn't a straight-A student, I wasn't popular and I pretty much hated school with a passion. Then, when I was 15 years old I started home-schooling and did Belly-Dancing (which I loved) on the weekends. Eventually I became professional, but quit in 2008.
In 2010 I started modelling as a hobby and the pic on the left is from my first photoshoot. Back then I had no idea what "Alternative Modelling" was and tried out the Commercial thing, but it wasn't for me.
Later that year I discovered alternative modelling and started doing that a little more with some blogging and well, here I still am! Blogging, modelling and making friends and fans as I go along. I occasionally do videos on youtube too.
I'd also like to start my own Alternative Modelling website and magazine sometime in the future, but that's not all set in stone just yet. In the meantime, check out some of the gorgeous alternative models I've met on the "Featured Model" page and on my facebook page.
